In Seoul, a countdown event was held from 18:00 to 22:00 at the foot of the N Seoul Tower.

One of the events was to support and encourage people who wanted to express their love for someone, but had not yet done so. At the public event, people brought flowers to say "I love you" to their special person for the first time.

Some streetlights were turned off in the downtown area for an hour from 20:00 to 21:00.

On Jun 21, 12 main buildings turned their lights off.
